French Toast

The most delicious French toast from homemade bread.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 5 thick slices bread (Homemade freshly milled bread makes it super healthy & delicious!)
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

Method
 

  1. Heat skillet to medium heat.
  2. Whip 4 eggs in wide flat bowl.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and whip thoroughly.
  4. Dip freshly cut bread on both sides.
  5. Cook on greased skillet until golden brown.
  6. Serve with butter & maple syrup.
