Method
Heat skillet to medium heat.
Whip 4 eggs in wide flat bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and whip thoroughly.
Dip freshly cut bread on both sides.
Cook on greased skillet until golden brown.
Serve with butter & maple syrup.
