Method
- Whip butter and sugar together with electric mixer.
- Continue whipping while adding eggs and vanilla.
- Mix in flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon.
- Add oats until well mixed.
- Add raisins.
- Scoop balls of dough onto baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
- Cool on rack.
- Store for 3 days at room temperature or freeze for later.
