    This recipe turned out incredibly! Thank you so much for figuring it out. I’m curious if there’s a way to ferment it for longer? I’m new to sourdough but want the most benefits I can get from it. Would I just let the dough mix in the bread machine and then leave it in there overnight and start the machine in the morning?

    1. I haven’t done it with this recipe because of the egg. If it were me, I would omit the egg and then try the overnight start. You will have to check to see how much it rises though. You may have to do another quick kneading and rise before you bake it if it rises too much. Let me know how it turns out if you do it!
